Stayed here for a contract at Kaiser Moreno. Very safe and nice neighborhood. Room was perfect for what I needed. Clean , quiet with my own mini fridge and microwave as well as my own bathroom. Frank was very welcoming and mindful of his tenants needs making sure that I was comfortable . Great price point for those having to duplicate expenses for 2 homes. Thank you Frank for everything . If ever I'm back out that way I would stay again.

Frank was an amazing host! Always checking in to make sure things were comfortable during my stay! There were even times I had come home from days at the hospital and he had made meals for the house! Such hospitality. The house was clean and quiet and close to the hospital I was rotating at! Great place. Would stay again if I was in the area.

Located conveniently near RUHS. Great amenities with fast internet, parking, housekeeping, full kitchen for use. Spacious rooms and quiet, safe neighborhood. It's an amazing rental at a great price point. The homeowner was a pleasure to work with as well. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Amazing Host and Property

I was working at RS for a month as a traveling student and stumbling upon this property on furnished finder. The owner Frank was one of the most accommodating hosts I have ever met. He made sure that the stay was comfortable by checking in with you regularly to see if anything was wrong. The property was also extremely close to the nearby hospitals and was situated in a great neighborhood. The house had weekly maid cleaning and felt spacious. Each room was assigned its own bathroom and there was a shared shower, but the environment was always clean. No complaints at all, and I felt very welcomed throughout my time here. Would come back again if I am ever in the area. -W

I worked at Riverside for 13 week contract with an extension. Very close to many amenities, including stores and gyms. Super host, very communicative,polite, and welcoming and quick with responses to any issues. Secure entry with keyless entry and camera's. Comfortable furnishings and adequate space in bedroom and bathroom. Didn't mind sharing a bathroom with other nurses. Clean and respectful as well. The outdoors is great to sit and read or soak in sun. Quiet neighborhood also. I would definitely stay here again if I had work in the area.

Affordable And All you need is here! Very safe neighborhood. Pet friendly home. It is well kept! Cleaning every other week. My room has fridge, microwave and also closet space enough to store your luggages. they also have mini gym area and fire pit outside . I enjoyed my stay. thanks F
