Excellent location!

This was my home away from home for 3 months and I couldn't have asked for a better location or landlords. M &C were great as well as the property manager, C. Quick response to any questions I had. Apartment was comfy, neighbors were great. A sweet little jewel of a place within walking distance to downtown, nightlife and frequent markets. Would happily stay here again!

Great property!

I stayed here for just under two months, and it was a lovely stay! The property was spacious, private, and quiet, with beautiful surroundings, and mature fruit trees. A short walk to downtown (many great little restaurants and shops), and a short drive to where I was receiving medical treatment. A bonus was that the local area had literally everything one could need - everything from drug stores and markets to large retailers and all in between. The property owners were easy to reach and responsive, and everything had been considered with respect to amenities - wifi, workdesk, fridge with water/ice, washer/dryer, tons of storage, all kitchen supplies one would need. This property and its owners definitely made a challenging time in my life comfortable and homey, and I'm so grateful I found this spot. For two months, it truly did feel like a home away from home.

Loved it

So sad I had to let go of this house when my contract ended! The property is very well maintained and the unit had everything I needed. Comjng home to a beautiful house with a nice outdoor place and lots of greenery was always such a serotonin boost. Great kitchen with lots of storage space. The bathroom shower was so amazing after a long shift! On my days off there were so many great places to explore within walking distance. And as a woman living alone I always felt safe even coming home late at night. Hoping it's available if I ever come back for another assignment in the area!

Great location

This is a great location walking distance to down town Old Redlands. The team reacted quickly to my request. Perfect spot if your new to the area and or needing an extended stay. Highly recomended.

Great stay!

This property was a very nice stay! I was here 3 months and had everything I needed. The property manager was so helpful every time I needed or was concerned about anything. The landlord was always responsive when I needed things as well. Nice location near lots of food options and the house is maintained very well!

Amazing space!

What an amazing space with all the amenities. Very close to beautiful downtown and walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Great owner thats easy to contact as well as staff thats very accommodating and prompt.
