My little home away from home

Linda was an absolutely wonderful landlord—truly one of the most caring and kind people I’ve ever rented from. Her unit is ideal for someone living solo, especially if you do light cooking. I was finishing my last semester of nursing school, and this place was the perfect location for easy access to both my clinical sites and campus. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with very little outside noise to disrupt your day. While the unit is not completely detached from the main house, I had no issues with this at all. Linda is extremely respectful and courteous when it comes to privacy. She always communicated in advance if the gardeners were coming by and would occasionally check in via text to see how things were going. I initially planned to stay for just a couple of months but ended up staying almost five months because I was so comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quiet, quaint, and peaceful place to stay.
