This condo (and we have two in the building) is just steps from the beach. You will be here in the off season where it is quiet but still close to things. The stretch of beach nearest our condo is one of the prettiest. Sand is nice and flat and smooth. Islands can be viewed in Saco Bay.
You will have all utilities plus WIFI paid in your rent. These units are on the second floor of the two floor building with laundry on...
Space
Wifi is included!! You will also have access to laundry in this building at no charge. This is a studio condo but has all you need for one person. In the winter time, plowing is also included.
Neighborhood overview
This area is very busy in the summertime (we do not lease in the summer) but becomes very quiet in the fall, winter, and spring. One block from the sand. We do have a train behind our property. Not ideal for light sleepers.
