Great location

I stayed at this property from 11/8/262/15/26 for a travel assignment. I rented the room on the second floor, which uses a shared bathroom. The home is located in a quiet area with plenty of parking and very little through traffic, which made it perfect after long shifts. I worked at Novant Health, only about 10 minutes away, and the location was also convenient to shopping centers and grocery stores. Everything I needed was close by. Joan was a wonderful host and landlord. She was accommodating and even arranged for me to stay an additional night when I was unexpectedly scheduled to work on my last day. I truly appreciated her flexibility and kindness. I cant recommend this Furnished Finder property enough!

Amazing property and landlord!

Jean is an outstanding landlord. Incredibly kind and responsive to the very few maintenance issues we had. She was also very flexible and understanding with accommodating contract date changes. The property itself is minutes from Wake Baptist and SUCH a gorgeous house. The house is beautiful inside and out. The neighborhood is safe, and QUIET- I'm a night shift RN and have had issues with being able to sleep during the day at other properties but not here. The walls are very well insulated and in addition to black out curtains and my iPhone fan app, I never had issues getting rest. The other tenants were always respectful, clean, and parking in the driveway or on street was never an issue. I was very sad to leave Winston and this amazing rental. If I ever have a contract in Winston Salem again, this is the first property with which I'll check availability!
