Morelock Properties

A great place to stay!

I had an amazing time staying at a Morelock property! I was originally staying in the Willowbend apartment in the country waiting for a cottage in the city to become available but never made it to the city because of how much I was enjoying staying in the country with the Morelocks. The properties are well maintained and the Morelocks are extremely friendly and welcoming landlords. I would definitely recommend staying in a Morelock property if you have the option, you won't regret it!

Just info for future occupants

The property is centrally located to all the major points that you would need to go. The owner has multiple properties in this area so I suggest you do a video conference because the pictures above is for 1 of the properties (you'll be surprised). Utilities are not 100% included, you will have an allowance of $125 for electricity anything above is added to the monthly rent (BTW no central AC). Cleaning fees only covers the 1st 2 hrs of cleaning at the end of lease if more time is needed extra fees will apply. Per lease agreement a cleaning lady will come in every 60 days to clean, for which you are responsible for paying ($100). According to landlord, he has the right to come into the property monthly to inspect dwelling.
