Blessings for us

We recently moved to Florida and got married. The landlord was super helpful and open for us as new married couple. We really appreciate it that we could stay here over a year. I just wish we have to move out because changing jobs. The property was clean and big. You could get rest from busy suburbs and city. Chickens are nice. Maybe in future we will come back. :) Thank you.

Quiet and Peaceful Home

This is a wonderful place! Lots of space to breathe, quiet neighborhood with a county feel, but not far from amenities. The chickens will quickly become your friends :) The house is fully equipped and truly makes you feel at home. Marie is very kind and available if you need anything. You get so much more than a house here, it's a little slice of bliss! 100% would recommend this place! I wish I could stay longer!

Mandarin Tranquil

A piece of paradise in Jacksonville. The location is perfect close to everything yet a private sanctuary when you need to relax. The owners are wonderful people and care deeply about their property and maintain it with perfection. This property feels like being in the country while only minutes away from the city. The chickens greeted me everyday when I returned from work and the owners shared fresh eggs and vegetables often. Simply the best place I stayed that allowed me to transition to a new city and a new job with ease. This place is far more than a rental property. It feels like home. The owners are now our friends.

So Relaxing...

We stayed for 3 months over the winter and had a relaxing time. The house was cozy, very clean, and well organized. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware and appliances. It had EVERYTHING you could possibly need! We enjoyed the nice quiet neighborhood and looked forward to our daily walks. The location is very convenient and close to shopping areas, restaurants, and hospitals. It's also only about 30 min away from the Jacksonville beaches. M was very friendly, kind, and generous. She was always checking on us and was quick to bring over anything we may have needed. She was also kind enough to share fresh eggs, fruit from the fruit trees, and a variety of items from the greenhouse. She definitely made us feel "at home." The best part of our day was being greeted by the chickens. It was fun feeding them and interacting with them!

Home away from home.

I can not say enough about the property owners. They are just wonderful people. I ended up staying for almost 6 months, and they were amazing, and made me feel welcome every moment of my stay. The space is cute, private, and relaxing. There is a garden on the property, and chickens that will greet you in the driveway when you get home. (And if you ask nicely, I'm sure they will share fresh eggs for your breakfast) I'd give this stay 11stars out of 10....

You'll fall in love with the little chickens!

The landlords here are some of the best human beings on the planet. Generous, kind, thoughtful, and most of all, honest. We can't say enough of a great time we had staying here because of them. The property is extremely safe and quiet. Even though it's a second home on a property, there remains a good deal of privacy. The yard is the best place in the world if you are a dog. With lots of items to sniff and grass to run on, dogs love it here. The chickens are one of the most fun portions of property. Watching them patrol the yard and make fun noises is absolutely entertaining. Inside the home, you'll enjoy a large master bedroom with an amazing closet. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower that makes you feel really nice. The property is near shopping and basic stores, and is also not far from the highway if needed. 10/10, we had some of our best memories living here in Jacksonville.
