Beautiful and updated. All beds and mattresses are newer along with the furniture. Newer rugs and floors, freshly painted. Fifty inch new smart TV in the livingroom. Separate upstairs entrance. Quiet and very safe neighborhood. If you are an active person there are lots of hiking trails on the mountain and you can walk to the beach. Neighbors are friendly. Tons of shopping, restaurants and things to do.

AMAZING SPACE, VERY COZY STAY
This is the one of the best places I have ever stayed at! I was in San Francisco for 6 months on travel contract and it was really hard to find decent accommodation out there, I moved several times unfortunately. I was so thankful to come across this place. It has everything, its set up very well and in the cutest little beach town. The landlord Paul is very kind, professional, and courteous. I would definitely book again!!

Wonderful Stay at Paul's Home in Pacific
Our stay at Paul's house in Pacifica was nothing short of amazing. We spent three weeks here while visiting our son in San Francisco, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Paul was an incredibly generous, friendly, and approachable host, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was immaculate, with all the facilities we could ask for. The abundance of towels and other amenities made our stay incredibly convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, allowing us to enjoy family meals together. The location is perfectjust a 25-minute ride to downtown San Francisco, with easy access to public transportation and grocery stores nearby. This made our daily trips to the city hassle-free and enjoyable. We created many memorable moments during our family trip, and Paul's hospitality played a significant role in that. If we ever have the opportunity to visit our son in San Francisco again, we would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you, Paul, for making our trip so special! Azad & Family

This is ranked my #1 stay on FF thus far. I stayed here while travel nursing in SF. Great location, outside of the hustle & bustle. Close to grocery stores & the beach! The host is beyond tentative to his guests, truly cares about your stay. Fast communicator & addresses any concerns that arise immediately. The furnished amenities include everything you will need (especially the kitchen!) if I could give 10 stars I would.
