Nice Place Overall Just Needed Fenced in Yard

Cute house that is super close to the hospital, super convenient. However, found out first week I moved in, house next door was being demoed, was a crack house per that owner who rented out the place. Asked for maintenance a few times when the weather got super cold and took a few times to get things fixed if they ever did (outside light, pipes being frozen) Moving to a new location that has a backyard that is fully fenced in mainly for the safety of my dogs. Neighbors dogs tends to wander into the yard from behind the property. Really is a nice space for an older house, just a few run ins for the winter.
