Great house, conveniently located

Our stay at this property could be summed up with only one word: delightful. The house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of dogs and young families walking around daily. Too, you're never move than a short walk to many local businesses, including the Cargo District, where we found ourselves spending much of our free time. The house is certainly small, but not so small that we couldn't store our things and live comfortably. Diane, the owner, was present but not overbearing and was immediately on top of any issue that needed to be addressed. All things considered I could not recommend this property enough. Thanks Diane!

Cute House in a great location!

Cute, comfortable home away from home. T and D are very accommodating and make this home a cozy stay in a quiet neighborhood! Convenient walk to neighborhood bars, local restaurants and coffeehouses. Bike to downtown Wilmington along the River and a short drive to the beaches. We hate to leave. You wont regret your decision
