Wonderful Stay

Place is 100% as described and Jill plus Chuck are excellent hosts. They are very communicative and reply back to questions or concerns within hours. Location was great, and we loved the backyard that is right out the door. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Jill & Chuck are very communicative, accommodating, and friendly! The apartment is spacious and clean with lots of furniture options to sit/lounge in. I honestly felt right at home. They also have an adorable pup that loves playing fetch if you are a dog lover like me. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

Perfect place to stay!

Chuck and Jill were amazing hosts! I felt welcomed and safe. Very spacious apartment with plenty of sunlight. The location is quiet, perfect for studying and sleeping. Close to stores and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again. Both hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Absolutely amazing!

Jill and Chuck were some of the best hosts ever! Booking was super easy, and they were always so welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. The space is much bigger than the pictures look and was absolutely perfect! Everything was so nice and well equipped. Plus, It was so quiet and private and located in a nice part of town with everything you could want within a 5-10min drive away. Definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Tri-Cities and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I have another contract in the area!

Great Place to Stay

I had an amazing stay at this unit, very comfortable and welcoming. Its in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to major roads. The house has a large yard and you even have your own driveway and parking. J and C are great hosts, they made sure everything was set up before I moved in and checked in during my stay. The apartment is very comfortable, with everything you need. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place

My wife and 2 kids had such a great experience for our short stay at J and C place. They were so nice, respected our privacy and the basement apartment was perfect for us. It was very clean and we felt right at home. I would stay here again in a heart beat if we ever needed to in the future. J and C went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area i would 10/10 recommend.

Amazing Unit!

J and C are amazing hosts. They provide everything you could want in the unit. The basement unit is the nicest one I have ever seen. Blackout curtains are in both bedrooms. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. J and C are easy to reach if needed. They provided great recommendations regarding activities and grocery stores in the area. The unit is close to a major expressways and is quiet. If I take another contract in Tri-Cities I would definitely stay here again.
