Great Stay

The house was great and the owner was very responsive. The stay was wonderful and the house was perfectly located between the two places I was working. The furniture was perfect and the back deck was amazing for sitting outside and reading or just relaxing. I would recommend!

Comfy Single Family Home

I worked in the area and found this home to be just what I needed!! Exceptionally clean and welcoming. The home has a large kitchen and since I love to cook used the well stocked pots, pans and dishes!! The living room has lovely furniture and a large wall mounted TV. There is a large deck off the kitchen that I spent quite a few mornings and evenings sitting on reading a book. The owner was very responsive to questions. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property!!

Lovely home

R and his wife are wonderful. No problems when my contract was extended. The home is fully furnished with complete kitchen for cooking. Great outside space and deck. Loved walking through the area with amazing lake views and lots of deer.

Cozy and Charming!

I highly recommend this property! The owner always was quick to respond to any needs I may have had. Upon my arrival I found the home completely furnished with all the amenities I might need. The basics were furnished with toiletries, etc. I only needed to stock the refrigerator. The home was very comfortable with a very relaxing patio. If you like nature, deer and wild turkeys roam the area. The neighborhood was great for long walks with plenty of view of the lake. Theres plenty to keep you busy. Wineries close by, hiking, restaurants, etc. Downtown always has something going on. It was a great experience and Id definitely return!

Great experience. R was so helpful and always responded quickly whenever I needed anything. The place felt very safe and secure, had everything I needed and more. Will try to stay again when I return !

Safe and cozy place to stay with all the essentials.

The owner was very nice, he opened his house and provided a cozy place to stay. My contract length was extended, and he was very flexible in working with my contract changes. I had no issues with the house during my stay. He provided everything you could need. The only thing I had to purchase on day one was food. If you like to cook or bake there is a great kitchen stocked with all the kitchen supplies you will need. There is plenty of space should you need extra space. I worked nights and the blackout curtains really helped. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house had an alarm system which is a must when traveling alone and a privacy fence. There are plenty of vineyards close by with a couple right down the road for you wine lovers. Both Clearlake and Lakeport hospitals where an easy drive from the house. The owner provided access to his gym equipment in the garage which was a bonus due to the limited number or gym options in the area.
