great experience

I was in Seattle for an internship and this condo was the perfect place to stay! Diana was very responsive and helpful when I needed anything and she was also great with receipts and everything I needed to work out for relocation. The apartment is very clean, cozy and had everything you could need for a stay in seattle (pots & pans, cleaning supplies, extra blankets, smart TV, etc). You get a nice parking space, which I had 0 issues with, and all of your windows/backdoor open out to a gated terrace which stays quiet and safe into the night. Location is also really nice! The condo is in a safe area that's within a 5-10 minute walk to both south lake union (which is nice for work) and to the main shops and restaurants in capitol hill. There are board game meetups at the coffee shop down the street and the pet store around the corner attracts some friendly dog walkers, which is nice when seattle starts getting dark earlier. Overall, would stay again!

perfect little oasis

If you are looking for a quiet space in the middle of it all this is the place for you. It is very close to a lot of the best bars, restaurants and clubs with easy driving or public transit access to Harborview. The apartment itself is very comfortable with a great bed, awesome water pressure in the shower and a full kitchen, not to mention the gated parking space which is irreplaceable in the heart of the city and will keep your car safe. Perhaps the biggest blessing of this unit is its owner, D was very responsive and helpful for anything that came up. She is also very knowledgeable about the city and has a recommendation for almost anything you want to do while you are in Seattle. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Seattle.
