Wonderful Experience
Gary is an excellent landlord. He is communicative and responsive, addressing any concern we had without delay. Initially, there was only one review when I was considering a year-long stay at Garys place. After meeting with Gary and seeing the apartment in person, I felt confident it was a good fit for us. The complaints in the first review were never an issue and perhaps never existed. At one point, we discovered the existing fridge went kaput. Gary had a new fridge in the apartment by noon and he moved our food from the old to the new while we were at work. I thought that was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved our stay at this two-bedroom apartment. The space is excellent. Everything was clean and working properly, and the dcor is thoughtful. We love the kitchen with the convection oven, and there is plenty of storage space since we cook a lot. Having a back porch is so nice in warm weather. We did not have an issue in the neighborhood and the apartment entry is back-facing with minimal street traffic. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could rate this property zero, I would. I am a travel nurse and I stayed at this property for about 5 months. During my stay I had continuous issues with hot water and heat. The landlord and his family seemed very nice in the beginning but they didn't care to solve the issues I was having. I had hot water issues since October and intermittently throughout my stay up until January. G.S. who was my point of contact looked at the water several times and assured me that he had changed the water heater but obviously that was a lie because the hot water kept going out. There were times I took cold showers. I finally got tired of dealing with this issue so G said he would let me out my lease early. . When I decided to terminate the lease, he refused to give me back my $1400 security deposit. The two bedrooms were always cold forcing me to sleep on the sofa in the living room. I am currently taking G.S. and his wife to court for inhabitable living conditions. NOT WORTH IT!
