Stayed here for 3 months and I cannot speak highly of the landlord or the place. Ryan is attentive and went above and beyond to help me stay at this location in a short notice. The home is very cozy and has all the amenities I needed for my stay. Place was very clean and everything was upgraded. The neighborhood is very safe, clean, and calm. I would definitely stay here again!

cute and quiet neighborhood

This apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a cute little park just a few blocks away. Easy access to the highway, and if you're like me and hate driving on highways during rush hour, easy access to side roads to downtown (I worked at Aurora Sinai). Ryan is a great landlord, responded quickly to any texts and was easy to work with when I extended my contract. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

My boyfriend and I are both travel nurses and stayed at Ryans home for about 8 months. Its perfect for travelers and has everything you need! Your own washer and dryer, a well-stocked kitchen, a parking area with spots for 4 cars, and a huge backyard! The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and peaceful, and I loved taking walks around McCarty park just two blocks away. It was a quick 10 minute drive to Froedtert Hospital and only 10-15 minutes to downtown Milwaukee. Ryan was also a great landlord and easy to work with. We loved our stay here and I highly recommend it!
