Comfortable , spacious and great for pets

Pleasant Vista Studio

I had a pleasant two month stay at Christina’s studio. It is located in a quiet neighborhood along the hills of Vista within a mile or so of Vista Village and Oceanside shops and restaurants. It is a comfortable and quiet setting for a single person or a couple and Christina is very attentive to any requests or questions. I recommend Christina’s place to anyone planning to visit the area and wish her the best.

Five Star Experience

Oftentimes, we choose a property for its location, amenities, and appealing aesthetic, moving forward in blind faith, hoping the host is just as wonderful. I can say with certainty that Christina's dedication to ensuring her guests have a positive experience is worth more than five stars. Very nice studio with everything you need

I stayed at this studio during a visit to Oceanside/San Diego for an Engineering Contract. It is very private and cozy, has a parking space and a separate entrance, and the landlord is super friendly and helpful. Inside, the bathroom has a nice modern style, and the walk-in closet is large enough to fit all your things with ease. There is a small stove and sink for light cooking, and the two large windows provide a pretty view to the yard and plenty of light. Five Stars. Highly recommend.

All you can ask for!

This cute studio was amazing! I am a scientist and needed a place to stay short term when I found this place. The landlord was super friendly caring and generous. 10/10 would stay here again. The studio was set up with everything I needed and more. I wouldve stayed longer if I didn't already have furniture that was waiting in a storage unit haha.
