This is an amazing place to stay - E is a wonderful host. The unit itself is spacious, clean, comfortable, and even better in person than as advertised. The king size bed is aesthetically designed, to sleep there is an experience I will not forget. The neighborhood is safe and is within walking distance to numerous, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. I'd highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to St Louis for an extended period of time. I will definitely try to return if I need a place to stay in the area again.

This place is a gem for any traveler ! Great location , very safe & walking distance to so many great restaurants/bars . I worked a mid shift and would get home around 2am and I can say it was very safe ! Never had any issues . Emily my host was amazing always available for anything . Very close to many Hospitals. Parking was always available no issues there either.

This cute two floor apartment has been one of my favorite rentals as a travel nurse. The Soulard location allows for many walkable social activities while apartment remains in a quiet area of the neighborhood. I never had any issues with neighbors. The property managers E & B are kind, professional and easy to reach. I would recommend to a friend, stay here:)

Prime location, & quite the vibe!
Owners were great to work with & very responsive when an issue arose. Would definitely recommend to any business professional or travel nurse needing a spot in the area! Walk able to some great local bars. And the overall decor sets up a true speakeasy vibe for a lowkey hang with friends!
