Adorable and so cozy

Absolutely loved staying here. I stayed for 3 months and would have stayed longer if I needed to. It was a seriously adorable little place that felt so cozy and private. Tammy and her husband were great and very responsive to any issues that came up. I fell in love with the neighborhood and Beechwold area and would move there if I ever ended up back in Columbus. Not having an oven was no issue once I got my toaster oven there. I did have to get pretty creative with shelving and storage since it's a tiny space, but I honestly enjoyed the challenge of being more minimalist. I stayed here mostly by myself, but there were a few weeks where my husband and dog were there- it was starting to feel a little bit small with 3 of us there, but still very doable and my dog loved the yard. Also, a special shout out goes out to the great shower and massive washing machine. Would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing Property - Best Kept Secret!

This place is the best kept secret in Clintonville. Stayed here during a transition period of moving out of town and I couldn't have been more impressed with the attention to detail within this property and also the welcoming I got from the owners. Very peaceful spot with street parking and access to just about anything in Columbus within a 10-15 minute drive. The layout inside the unit is great with the lofted bedroom it gives you a sense of it being a whole separate room. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer.

Perfect stay for My assignment

This property was perfect for my solo assignment in Columbus! The house had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. The location was perfect! Off of the main roads so it felt very quiet but super close to lots of restaurants and shopping. They had all the essentials I needed (soap, shampoo, paper towels) and it was great to have an in unit washer and dryer! Would definitely stay here again if I took another assignment in the area!
