Love at First Stay

This year in St. Louis for my residency has been incredibly special, thanks in large part to the Axel Group and the wonderful home they provided. From its prime location, with easy access to parks, markets, restaurants, and numerous local gems, to the thoughtful details both inside and outside the house, every aspect made it truly feel like a home away from home. I especially loved spending time on the porch and in the beautiful garden, which made the space even more inviting. I'll always look back on my year here with gratitude and such positive memories. Thank you to the Axel Group for making my stay so memorable!

Perfect House

Hunter is the best! He is so attentive and cares about the people he rents to. He definitely goes above and beyond! He made sure I had everything I needed while staying for 3 months. The house is a great space! It's a good size for 1-2 people. It's very clean and was well laid out. The street is quiet and safe. There's always plenty of people out walking their dogs! LOVED my stay here and would stay with Hunter again if back in STL.

Warm, inviting 1 bedroom

This is a very inviting, quiet 1 bedroom upstairs in a four-plex building. The neighborhood is super safe with ample well lit street parking. The eat-in kitchen is open and airy with all new appliances, high ceilings, and good sized pantry. Charming tub/shower combination in the bathroom and so much natural light throughout! Large 55" smart TV in the living room with a comfortable couch and beautiful antique touches. The large bedroom boasts a queen size memory foam mattress(so comfortable), 2 large armoires, and a dresser for your things. Also a small side area with a desk for your laptop or computer. Responsive landlord is easy to reach and so friendly, lots of recommendations for things to do and different restaurants around in the area!
