This ground-floor studio ADU is absolutely wonderful, with beautiful garden spaces surrounding the unit that make it feel peaceful and inviting. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for both short- and long-term stays, so settling in is easy. The location is fantastic—safe, quiet, and within easy walking distance to parks, great restaurants, and convenient public transportation (light rail and bus). Alex, the landlord, is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to help if anything comes up. I stayed for 15 months and truly loved it—I would have stayed longer if I hadn’t needed to relocate. I highly recommend this rental!

Loved Alexs amazing place! Beautiful modern design and super cozy. Alex has a keen eye for making the space a pleasure to live in. I really appreciated the high quality cook ware and appliances. Its so nice knowing youre in an environmentally friendly and healthy place with Low VOC and Organic towels! I was so grateful to call this place home. Loved it here! I cant say enough great things about this place. Best value ever. Alex is on top of everything and available if need be. So grateful I got to meet Alex and stay in her space . Alex and her rental are amazing! Highly recommend

Beautiful studio property in a great location with an awesome landlord! Close to great restaurants and grocery stores. Youre right off the freeway. Safe street parking! I rode my bike to the farmers market and loved walking in this neighborhood. I had an issue with the heater but Alexandra was on it and she brought me a space heater that heated up the whole place! She also invited me to neighborhood happy hours and kickball! I would definitely stay with her again!
