Amazing place!!

I’m really grateful I found this place and such a kind landlord. David was so welcoming and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable during my stay. He was always responsive and easy to communicate with, and I especially appreciated how accommodating he was with my animals. It made a stressful move so much easier. You can tell he takes pride in providing a good experience for his tenants. The place is exactly as pictured, private, quiet, and in a great location. I’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Phoenix rental

I couldn't be happier with my decision to rent this property. As a traveling nurse, this apartment is an ideal fit for someone constantly on the move. It has all the amenities one could ask for and is conveniently located near Banner University hospital and other medical facilities in the vicinity. The neighborhood is also very safe, providing me with peace of mind regarding my safety. The landlord is incredibly kind and respectful, always willing to assist with any issues or questions that may arise. In conclusion, this property is a dream come true for any travel nurse.

Great quiet spot!

My pup and I were so pleased to have a great place to stay while in Phoenix! Such a great spot! D is an incredible land lord, always more than willing to go above and beyond to accommodate. The area is quiet and very private. The pool is lovely and also very private. A little outside of the major city but has easy access to main roads and highways while still tucked in a quiet neighborhood. I honestly have no complaints and am confident any future tenants wont either!
