Stayed here for 9 months!

This is a great little place with an awesome location. Youre close to downtown and the greenbelt, but not in the thick of it. Theres an adorable cafe next door and a school across the street that gives the block a social feel. I felt really safe here the entire time I stayed, and had no problems with parking my car on the street. The only downside was having some trouble getting my mail, but overall I would definitely stay here again. Tracy is super responsive if you have any needs, but I didnt need much since the place is well kept. Im a travel nurse and this place is walking distance to St Lukes which was a huge plus!

Great Location!

This is a cozy property well located near downtown Boise. The market next door is super convenient and has great food, snacks, and drinks a few steps away. The owners were always available and accommodating to our needs. The space is well laid out for its size. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the Boise area and it is available.

The best of all worlds; location, charm and price

This is a clean well laid out bungalow located just east of St. Lukes downtown Boise. I could walk downtown whenever I needed anything or go next door to the Rosevelt Market for coffee, snacks or an adult beverage. The bungalow comes with all the things that I needed for my stay and it was just the right size for one or two people. The owners are local and were available if I needed them but I didnt have a reason to call them. Great rental for someone traveling to Boise, I will be staying here again.
