This is a large studio apartment located in our walk out basement. My husband and I live at the residence along with our Labrador who is very friendly. This apartment has a private entrance. We are 15 minutes away from the ocean, 55 minutes from Boston, and 1 1/2 hours from the white mountains. We are 5 minutes to interstate 95 and route 101.
