My wife and I are sadly wrapping up our stay at this apartment. It has been such a great place to stay during our 6 months in Rutland. J has been such a kind and attentive landlord, really the best that we could have asked for! The apartment had everything that we could need. We were more than comfortable. The yard and front and back decks are nice bonus to the apartment. We almost never heard noise from the upstairs neighbor and never had our sleep disturbed when we worked odd hours. The space is really close to downtown, within walking distance, especially in the summer. We never felt unsafe. In fact, we were very friendly with the neighbors and often found ourselves outside chatting with them! Oh and the drive to RRMC is only about 5-8 minutes depending on traffic! Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place in Rutland. We would definitely seek out to stay here again if we came back this way!

I was born and raised in Rutland, Vermont, and have proudly called it home for my entire life. I currently serve as a District Director for Economic Services with the State of Vermont. Now that my three children are grown, Ive dedicated time to thoughtfully renovating my home to welcome traveling professionals visiting the Rutland area. While I maintain the upstairs apartment, I primarily reside in New Hampshire and typically visit Rutland two to three times per month.
