Excellent Unit
My wife and I stayed at this basement unit for just over 6 months. The property had everything one could need for their stay. The king bed was very comparable. The unit has heat and air conditioning as well as a washer and dryer which we found convenient. Bryce, the landlord, was very responsive anytime we reached out. We enjoyed having full access to the garage out back. The neighborhood is close to many breweries, eateries and hospitals. I would certainly stay again if I am ever back in this area.
Great rental
Me and another roommate stayed in the basement unit and loved it. It does get a little chilly in the winter months but so good for sleeping. Working overnights, it was dark and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get in and out of and close to the interstate and local hospitals. We heard the upstairs tenants a handful of times but overall would highly recommend and would stay here again. The landlord is wonderful and response quickly and is very helpful with everything.
2Bed Basement
This 2 Bed, 1 bath was a perfect small space for me and my travel partner. The amenities were great with VERY nice beds which is a plus. Great kitchen supplies including airfryer which made cooking easier. Host B was responsive to my concerns that were largely out of his control due to this house being a bit older the walls are thin and are able to hear upstairs guest speak thoroughly. Including music, Tv. Tenants upstairs were not considerate of our work schedule. Basement area is slightly on the colder side and upstairs tenants have control of the thermostat. As long as you keep these things in mind, I think youll be satisfied with this stay.
2/1 basement with garage
I would say I was torn to leave this property as it had all accommodating features we needed at the time.Beds were amazing ,kitchen had everything you needed, bathroom aswell, slightly on the smaller side as advertised in pictures .The down side is since the house is a little bit older ,if you cant sleep with loud tenants from upstairs or if they arent willing to assist in calm walking then itll be a little hard to sleep .I would say our host B attended us to our every need with everything just that one thing which was out of his control. This place is centralized in a good area and in quiet neighborhood .
Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed renting from B while on a travel assignment in Denver. It was the perfect location! You could walk to restaurants and there was a nearby park. B was an excellent landlord - quick to respond and easy to work with.
Perfect single family home in South Denver
This 2BD/1Bath home was a great location. We had street parking right out front. The couches in the living room were very comfy. Heat worked perfect for those cold days/nights. Beds were extremely great and no sleepless nights, cozy. Huge backyard to sit in the sunshine. We were able to walk to Denver Brewing Co & Sunroom Brewing Co. Highway right around the corner. Street was off Broadway with all the restaurants, Chick-Fa-la, and Italian. 15 min drive north to downtown Denver an the stadiums. Only 1h15min to the mountains! 1h to drive north to Fort Collins and 1h drive south to Colorado Springs. We would definitely stay here again if we come back for work.
