Great Space

I stayed with Rosalyn and her sweet dogs for three months and had a wonderful experience. The space is exactly as pictured and clean. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking and storage. I loved having my own bathroom which was spacious. She provided plenty of towels and a hairdryer. She is respectful of her tenants schedule and I was a night shifter. As a single female traveler, I felt safe in the area. The neighbors were nice and look out for each other. Although the streets are tight, I never had an issue parking my SUV on the street in front of the house. If I were to return to the area, I would stay with Rosalyn again!

Great Stay at Rozs Home!

I stayed with R for a little over a month before my job moved from Oakland to SF. She is very considerate and kind, and has two lovely small dogs! I really valued having a private bathroom/bedroom and my own parking spot. And as someone who cooks/meal preps a lot, the ample designated fridge, freezer, and kitchen space was a lifesaver! She was very respectful of my early bedtime and I never felt disturbed at night. My bathroom/bedroom was clean when I arrived, and she keeps the rest of the house clean too. Driving in the neighborhood is a tight squeeze, but I did feel safe living here. Overall, I would have loved to stay longer if my job didnt move!

Oakland home - Private bed & bath.

My stay at this property was positive & a great experience. R made me feel welcome since I arrived. The home was exactly as described in listing. My private room was spacious and had plenty of storage between the dresser, bed storage, and closet combined. The desk was very helpful in using my laptop. I appreciated all the amenities, such as the standing heater, bed blanket, and small bathroom heater. The private bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. I had plenty of space set apart for me in the kitchen and in the refrigerator. The shared space areas were kept clean and accessible. An in-home washer/dryer was very important to me so I appreciated that. The home was clean, comfortable, safe, and perfect for me, as a travel nurse. The home was approximately 15 minutes from the hospital that I contracted with, which was reasonable. I established & maintained a pleasant rapport with R throughout my stay and I highly recommend her space. I loved her pups too.

Wonderful Room with Lovely Housemate

Great room with two entrances to room with private bathroom. Access to the kitchen and appliances; laundry, etc. Housemate has two small nice dogs and she also works from home but totally respects your space and privacy. If I have another assignment in this direction/area I would reach out to her again to see if I could stay. Close to a school and a park. Really easy access to Highway 580.
