Wonderful

This place is just as pictured and in a cute and quiet neighborhood. I have had zero issues with this place and am sad to be leaving. I would absolutely rent from Dale again as he is very responsive and nice. 10/10 would recommend.

Our Little Bungalow

This property is perfect in every way. My partner & I moved to the Indy area from out-of-state, late last year. The location allowed us to venture into the city or drive out to the 'burbs easily because it's so close to state highways & interstates. The neighborhood is ideal for walking our dogs & spring was so fun with everything blooming-so colorful! There is a huge backyard with a firepit, the entire property is fenced in & there's even a small covered back porch we use to store my gardening supplies. The natural lighting inside the home made my plants very happy & the dogs loved sitting in the window watching the neighborhood kids play outside. The house is so quaint & cute, we started calling it Our Little Bungalow. Our time here in ending soon & I'm very sad to say goodbye to everything mentioned as well as the property owner, Dale. He has been kind, responsive, very accommodating & even had his property manager stop by a couple of times to ask if we needed anything. 5 stars!!!!!
