Great house

The house was just as pictured. Everything was in good shape and worked. The grass was kept cut and the landlord was very responsive, though I didn't have any issues. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you'll need.

Amazing Landlord, Great Home

This home was perfect for my wife, son, golden retriever, and myself. Its cozy with a great wide open kitchen and living room. The beds were comfortable and the air and heat worked flawlessly. Fridge was large enough for my family. Shower pressure was perfect. Basement provides plenty of space for storage and has a great washer and dryer. Backyard has a nice private parking space to prevent street parking if you desire. Lots of nice walking areas, close to Butler University which is very scenic. D, our landlord, doesnt even deserve a term like landlord. He was more so an amazing, attentive, and quick to respond friend that attended to every concern we had promptly. If youre a travel nurse that wants to be close to all major hospitals within Indy, this is your go to place. Thank you again D for letting us stay with you and we wish you the best!

Nice quiet stay. Had everything I needed. The property manager responded to all questions and concerns in a timely manner.
