Great, quiet place in Columbia

I stayed with my girlfriend in what can only be described as a community of traveling workers in one of the houses the landlords owned. The landlords were incredibly responsive to any problem, and even drove out late at night when the air conditioner went out randomly and fixed it that same night. The house(s) sit across the street from a nice park for waking, running, biking, disc golf, soccer, dog walking, etc. I often ran around the neighborhood early in the morning before sunrise and never felt unsafe. There are gyms, stores, and anything you may need close. Would highly recommend this stay!

Cozy 2 bedroom in Rosewood

This has been one of my best housing experiences while traveling. The landlord showed me pictures of the unit beforehand, check-in was easy, the place was clean, and they were always quick to respond. As a single female traveler, I felt completely safe here. I was able to walk my dog to the nearby park every day, and even on the nights I had to take her out later, I always felt comfortable in the neighborhood. During a 2-week break between contracts, I came back to find my Amazon package still on the porch. That kind of peace of mind means a lot, and Id definitely stay here again!

great experience!

We had a great experience staying at this property. The location is great; it is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a really nice park across the street to take our dogs to. The owners were always responsive to anything we needed, which was very much appreciated. My husband worked from home while I was working at the hospital, and the internet worked great for him. We would definitely recommend this place!

Good Spot!

The house was very comfortable, had the main necessities, and is located across the street from a large park with trails. Most importantly though, the landlord was very responsive and fixed all maintenance issues right away! Yard work and pest control occurs on a consistent basis without asking. We were happy with our stay!

Great place

Quiet, clean property driving distance to anything Columbia has to offer. There is also a park just a block away. Kristina was able to answer all the questions. No issues with the property whatsoever. Highly recommend.

Great short-term rental

My roommate/coworker and I stayed in this property for three months during our internship. The duplex was nice and cozy, and the beds were super comfortable. Our internship was mostly outdoors and physically demanding, so we were really grateful for a relaxing environment to come home to and rest in. I didnt know much about the Rosewood area before coming to Columbia, but ended up really loving the location. There are some nice parks and cool local businesses in Rosewood and surrounding areas. I really appreciated how kind and responsive the property managers are. We had a few minor maintenance issues during our stay, but they were always resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you all for a wonderful stay! I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a short-term rental in Columbia!

Great place to stay!

Honestly, being here was amazing! After having struggled to find good housing in a short amount of time, I was so grateful to come across James and Kristina. Attentive to my messages and calls, helping with issues on a timely basis, and never being more than a phone call away, I couldn't recommend a better place to stay in Rosewood! Definitely check them out!

travel nursing in columbia

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was very well kept and nicely furnished and decorated. Everything I needed was provided in the house. I worked nights and there was a very nice family who lived in the other portion of the duplex who had little kids that I would hear on occasion through the walls, but being that the bedrooms are on the other side of the house, it was very easy to block out with a simple fan. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this property and would stay there again if I found myself back in Columbia!

Duplex

Stayed at this home 5 months! Very beautifully decorated, spacious bedrooms. Very central location. Nice neighbors. Quiet street. We loved that the park was just down the street! Frisbee golf course, walking trails, skate park for the kids, soccer fields and more! The owners were very kind and always quick to respond to any maintenance needs. Sad to be moving on to a new assignment! Would stay here again!

Rosewood Duplex

I am a traveling Engineer, and I stayed at this property for 4 months during my time in Columbia. The property is in a safe, quiet neighborhood just a couple minutes from downtown, and right across from a park. I was very happy with my stay. The owners are very easy to work with and helped accommodate everything I needed. Would stay again.

Exception Stay!

The house was very clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and had everything I needed. Family friendly park across the street, quiet neighborhood and overall, a safe place to stay. The owners are amazing and they made the process from start to finish seamless. If I have another assignment in the area, I will be sure to book again. Thank you!!!
