Home away from home

Though I get to stay in this place for just a month, it has already been like a second home for me. The place is very quiet and clean, the Landlord is very hospitable and kind. Just 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores, shops and the gym! Plus, there's a nice walking path just a block away. My room is comfortable. I work night shifts and I didn't have any problems sleeping during the day as the neighborhood is quiet. This place is highly recommended

This hidden gem proved to be an exceptional retreat that surpassed all expectations. The amenities provided were exceptional. The rental house's location was also ideal, offering easy access to the vibrant downtown area and nearby attractions. Lastly, I cannot fail to mention the exceptional hospitality of the host.

Wonderful Room w/ Private Bathroom

I had a wonderful stay in this room! The house is located on a very quiet street. It is in walking distance to the centre of West Springfield and just a short drive to downtown Springfield. The room is extremely nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed and furniture is new. Fresh linens were provided as well as back up ones, including pillows, sheets, and a nice duvet. There is an excellent Smart TV with accessible streaming apps. The closet is very big with plenty of storage. There is plenty of natural sunlight and a nice window, though the room still feels safe and private. A private bathroom is attached to the room which had excellent facilities and was very convenient. It was clean and well looked after with good plumbing as well. Laundry facilities are accessible to guests and were easy to use. The kitchen was tidy and updated. My own cabinet space and fridge space was provided to me as well as plates/cutlery/cups. The host was wonderful and incredibly accommodating. He was always available to me whenever I had any questions or needed any help with transportation, etc. I would absolutely recommend his place to anyone visiting the area in need of temporary housing, and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Good location, poor facility

The property was listed as private bath. Once I agreed, all of a sudden the Private bath wouldn't be available for the first month. Later I was told it also won't be available for the 3rd month. The house has someone upstairs that is noisy. The kitchen has very limited items for cooking or eating. On the positive side, you can take a 10-20 minute walk to many restaurants and stores.

Beautiful Room Shared in House in Exclusive Area

The property is located in a beautiful, quiet and secluded area. Yet, it is also minutes away from many restaurants, shopping centers, downtown area, and even a casino! The room is a nice size with brand new furniture, including a dresser, night stand, and bed along with new bedding and a throw carpet. It also has a private bathroom. My two male roommates were great! They were friendly, courteous, and helped me learn the surrounding areas in Massachusetts. I really enjoyed my stay here for my first travel nurse assignment and highly recommend this property.
