This was a great place to stay while I was on my assignment at PSPH. The apartment is spacious, has plenty of storage, stocked with all the essentials, and has great lake views. It was a quick, easy drive to the hospital. The atmosphere felt safe and peaceful. Alicia and Lucas are very kind and friendly. As someone else mentioned, I could hear the kids from time to time, however they never woke me up even though I worked nights. (I am a decent sleeper). I would definitely stay here again!

perfect space :)

I stayed here in the summer and this was one of my favorite places ive ever stayed at. the hosts are friendly and accommodating. the location is beautiful- right on the lake with access to the lake. the space itself is cute and cozy and has everything you need. I would recommend this space to anyone!

This place is amazing! I stayed here 6 months while on contract. A&L were great landlords. Very responsive when needed or found a way to help even when they were in vacation. Would totally rent from them again if I came back to the area

Perfect stay for travel assignment

I stayed here while on contract at PSPH and absolutely loved the space. My commute was 10 mins (no highway driving which is nice for winter). Alicia and Lucas and their 2 kids made me feel very welcomed from day 1. The basement-walkout unit had everything I needed for my stay. The bed is very comfortable and the unit itself is decorated nicely. Nestled in a safe neighbourhood, you really cant beat this lakefront property. The hosts even let me use their paddle boards to go out on the lake. They were also very responsive if I had any questions. One thing to note is this is probably best suited for a day-shifter, as they have active little kiddos upstairs and the noise does travel. I highly recommend staying here! Lake Escape

This is a fantastic find. A nice size apartment with everything you could need. Bonus of beautiful views of the lake from your patio entrance. A & L are truly incredible people and are are readily available if you need anything. Less than 10 minute drive to St. Petes hospital. I would have stayed here longer if the location was closer to my next contract. Great place.
