I enjoyed my stay with Melissa and Brett. Their home is beautiful. Didn't have any trouble when it snowed because they kept the driveway plowed.

If this stay is available, book it! Melissa and Brett are amazing hosts. Kitchen with plenty of appliances, cabinets and a pantry. Living room with fire place and couch to unwind. Bathroom has good counter space and plenty of storage. Hot tub also located on the property to relax after your shifts. Melissa and Brett are quick to respond if you need anything. Dont hesitate to ask, they are very accommodating. Will 100% stay here again if I am ever in the area again.

AMAZING!!

I was a Traveling RN for Cleveland Clinic and stayed with Melissa and Brett for 1.5 years. They were very welcoming and helpful from day one. The house is on 37 acres off the beaten path where I knew I was safe and my belongings were safe. I worked 3 days a week and was able to come and go as I pleased. The house offered everything I needed. Kitchen that was fully stocked with appliances and utensils, a living room as well as a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. I shared the bathroom with the other tenant that rented the second room downstairs. They also allowed full access to their washer and dryer which was on the main level of the house. If I needed anything, they were just a text away and were very quick to respond. The property offered several hiking trails and tons of nature! They also were helpful in recommending local restaurants and hiking spots that were only a few miles away. They have 2 cats that also made my stay feel more like home If I were to travel in the Cleveland area again, I know who I would be calling! Thank you, Melissa and Brett

Great place to stay

I am a traveling medical professional and would recommend this place to anyone. The owners are friendly, engaging and conscientious of your space even though they are offering up their own. They leave you alone but also make sure to let you know you are welcome to join in on different events with their friends. They were helpful in letting me know about local places for sightseeing, hiking, and shoppingI During my time there, I offered a few suggestions on what would be helpful for the space and they never hesitated to implement those changes. You can't ask for better landlords. I rented one of the two rooms, in the basement, but it felt like I was in an apartment not a basement. The living room/dining area itself is quite spacious and beautiful. The laundry was shared and located at the top of the stairs. I was nervous about that when I moved in, but there was never an issue the entire time I was there. The bedroom was also roomy with a picture window seat and large closet. I have a lot of stuff that I travel with and I never felt crowded or like I was invading my roommates space. They supplied all the basic necessities (kitchen supplies as well as cleaning supplies) and we just had to keep the area clean. The location is slightly on the outskirts of the city but close enough to shopping, restaurants, and the hospital systems. There is a lot of hiking and the national park is right there. On a clear night, you can even sit on the back porch and listen to the concerts at Blossom. It is a beautiful home and you will for sure enjoy your stay!

Great Place to stay

This property was perfect For myself being a first time traveler. I enjoyed how welcoming the host were from day one. It was perfect location to the trails that are all over town as well as the hospital I was working at. I definitely recommend staying!

Great spot for a traveling professional. Don't miss this one!

This is a great spot for a traveling student, nurse, or other professional. The owners are polite and conscientious while also offering their time and a part of their personal living space. On a number of occasions, I was offered opportunities to join the owners on a recurring event with friends. The living space itself is quite spacious, upscale and contemporary, especially for short-term accommodations, and the available facilities are clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Having a dishwasher is a godsend! The location itself is in a quiet suburb of Akron so it's far enough out to be safe and see some deer but not far enough out to encumber the morning commute. Overall, this was a great experience for my first encounter in the area and I am glad I stayed here, as I could focus on my professional work without any complications due to my housing situation. If you need short-term accommodations, this hits a great value and is one you shouldn't overlook. Compliments to the owners!

Comfort, Beauty, and 5-star Hospitality--You'll never want to leave!

I rented the downstairs shared apartment and absolutely loved my time there! The rooms were large with a comfortable bed and ample closet space. The living room had a fire place and large windows overlooking a national park. The kitchen was stocked with all the kitchen utensils and appliances needed for those who enjoy cooking or sipping fresh ground coffee. The shared laundry room was conveniently located at the top of the stairs. The hosts who reside upstairs were truly first rate! They were welcoming and considerate of my privacy, but didn't seem to mind if I wanted to hang out and chat a bit. They were knowledgeable about local places for sightseeing, hiking, and shopping. They truly wanted their tenants to feel comfortable and welcomed suggestions. I would casually mention a feature such as a bedroom mirror or combination lock. I'd get home the next day and find it installed! You'll love the comfort, scenic beauty and hospitality so much that you may not ever want to leave!
