This place is the perfect home away from home. I was traveling for work and this place was the best. I loved having a patio where I could sit outside and enjoy the weather. The kitchen was well stocked, just missing a toaster. The space was nicely decorated and relaxing. The complex is quiet and the location is amazing. I had to extend my lease an extra month and C made the process smooth and easy. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Safe, clean & comfortable condo near Richmond. I was on nightshift contract at VCU & it was about 20 min commute. The beds are comfortable & it is well stocked for everything you need. The property manager responded promptly & was great to work with. My security deposit was returned within 2 weeks. Great place to stay if you are working in the area.
This was the perfect spot for my cat and I. It offered plenty of space and was near everything, but tucked away enough to where it was pretty quiet. C was communicative and very prompt when there was anything I needed or if a problem arose. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!
