Cozy and convenient home

This was a great and cozy and convenient 2 bedroom. I stayed here for my time at a local hospital with my family. Clean and located in a great area near lots of grocery stores and nice views near the local Percy priest lake. The owners took care of any of my concerns right away. If I ever come back to Nashville I will definitely check to see if this place is available again. Definitely a hidden gem.

Perfect little appartment

This is a cozy little apartment attached to a house occupied by the homeowners. They are very sweet people. They accommodate your needs well, and respect your space and schedule. This apartment was well furnished and more than adequate to fit my needs. It has recently been renovated and updated, and includes a private pergola/patio and yard space that I wish Id had more time to enjoy. The neighborhood is peaceful, walkable, with quick lake access, which was a great bonus. Starbucks/Kroger/fast food options within 2 miles really convenient. Would rent again!
