Great experience and exceptional owner

We had a wonderful stay in this temporary home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnishedeverything we needed. Veronica was an outstanding owner: responsive, kind, and truly attentive from start to finish. The home was in a great location and made our transition so smooth. Were very grateful and would absolutely recommend this stay.

Perfect for Single or Couples

This is a great and affordable place to stay. Veronica is such a lovely host, and she is always looking for ways to make your stay better all while maintaining privacy. The neighborhood is quiet, and there are many stores in the are,. If I am back in Jacksonville, I will definitely stay here again.

This studio is perfect!!! It's beautiful and cozy. The owner is so sweet and always quick to help (not that we really had any issues). When the hurricane came through, she made sure we had candles and a battery operated lantern. We truly loved our time here and hated to leave.

Cozy studio apartment

Apartment was described as listed. Private area in back with privacy fence. V is the best! It is close to Baptist Downtown which was were I was working at the time. Lots of food options available close. She is a great landlord. She is very responsive to any needs for the studio apartment and always inviting me to get togethers to make sure I didn't spend holidays alone. If the time came and I needed a studio apartment again, I would absolutely rent from her again. A++++

Amazing stay

This was an incredible place to stay while on a rotation at the Mayo Clinic. Clean and quiet with a great host who was accessible and very kind. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a place in Jacksonville. The location is central and an easy drive from the beach, downtown, and multiple hospitals. The apartment is perfect for anyone looking for their own space with great amenities and a great host. 5/5 stars.

Studio Review

The owner of the property is kind, prompt, flexible and responsive. If there is a concern or issue regarding the apartment, she responds quickly; does a stellar job making you feel welcomed and "at home". She is also a great resource in regards for activities to do in Jax. I would 100% recommend booking with V!

Beautiful studio

Cute cozy studio. V was very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Convenient to all the main hospital is the main area of Jacksonville. We loved our stay there! Definitely would Come back when we have another contract in the area

We had a great experience staying in this place

The location was very close to my wife's work (5 minutes) and to my work (12 minutes). V, the owner, gave us a covered parking space. The neighborhood is quiet and I had no problem doing my 2 mile walk everyday. I needed a big computer table that would fit 2 monitors and she provided it in less than half a day. There were a few days in November when the weather turned colder than usual and V immediately gave us a portable heater even if we didn't need it (we are from upstate NY). We never had any problems dealing with her, our stay in her place was perfect for us.

Great experience!

This place is equipped with everything you need. It was clean and quiet. The owner was very sweet and accommodating especially when I needed to move in early. The neighborhood seems safe and within a 10-15 minute drive of most places. I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend.
