First Class Host and Condo

We recently completed a 5-week stay at this magnificent condo! We reside in the local area and were having home renovations that required us to temporarily relocate. This condo fit the bill perfectly. It is in a very safe and quiet community, easily accessible to the entire metropolitan area. Our host, Reg, couldn't have been more accommodating and kind. He has thought of everything to make our stay feel like home! Security cameras and door locks, night lights in all the bathrooms, well placed tissue boxes, fresh towels and linens, well-appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of replacement supplies, a grab bar in the shower, etc. Even hand weights and a mat in the basement. The beds were extremely comfortable. And the large screen TV was perfect for watching the Detroit Lions games in their most winning season in decades! All TVs are equipped with cable access, Apple TV, Netflix, Prime and other apps. The garage just across from the front door is a great feature too. And a charcoal grill on the rear patio too, though we did not use it during our stay. Our host was very communicative and readily available to answer questions. We highly recommend this host and condo to anyone needing a Detroit area short-term lease.

An Excellent Home Away from Home

This place is fantastic! Clean, cozy, spacious and well-furnished. I stayed here while on a one month rotation at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. The drive to the hospital every morning was 15 minutes. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The place has a garage, which was large enough to accommodate my SUV and kept my car from getting snowed on (important for Michigan). R, the owner, is a gem. He was extremely nice and fair, even prorated my rent because I ended up leaving a little early. The beds were comfortable and everything worked perfectly: HVAC, appliances, washer and dryer, etc. During this time I also was interviewing for residency programs and the internet was fast and reliable enough that I didn't have any problems during the online interviews. Plenty of good places to eat for when I wanted to eat out, but the kitchen also had everything you would need to cook for oneself. I can't say enough. Would definitely stay again. Five stars. 10/10. Highly recommend.
