In a hailstorm of market changes and inflation leaving me looking for a place to live that provided safety, security and close proximity to work and a social life, this beautiful property had it all! With a private entrance, furnished bedrooms and living room, and a full kitchen I really couldn't have asked for anything more; and yet, there was more!!! Just minutes in walking any direction takes you to a cozy park, an award winning restaurant, farmers market, or classy dive bar. This is really a dream of a property that I would recommend to any professional looking for a rental. On top of the perfect property and charming environment, the landlords are amazing! Quiet, respectful, easy to work with and super friendly. I cannot say enough about them or this property. It definitely won't last. Enjoy!
Wonderful apartment located in the heart of the nice little D.C. neighborhood, Bloomingdale. The space is comfortable, clean and has tons of light, which is unexpected from a basement apartment. Its complete with all of the amenities youd need and great for either a short or long term stay. Comfortable bed and couch, and large smart TV. The landlords, K and J , are so accommodating and responsive. Walking distance to adorable parks, restaurants, corner stores and multiple bus lines!

My wife and I live in the upstairs condo. We're both former servicemembers; I'm still in the Reserves. She works on the Hill now, while I'm a consultant. I love Brazilian jiu-jitsu, jazz piano (self-taught!), the poetry of Ross Gay, and science fiction; she was an English major, will always be a cat person, and not-so-secretly thinks of herself as a Midwesterner. We love DC!
