Excellent!
This property is exactly what has been described and pictured, but so much more! It really is a great location to so many places within Florida and within the city of St. Pete itself! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Walkable neighborhood with the bay 2 blocks away. Also, the most comfy couch and chair ever! The owner is very nice and extremely helpful and attentive when/if needed. I would definitely stay here again!
