Secure, Comfortable, & Accommodating!

I stayed here from June 2023 through September 2025, and the main reason I kept extending was because of how great Aaron is as a landlord. The home itself was safe and secure, which was the most important factor for me. He allowed pets (a huge plus!), the house was the perfect size, and he was always accommodating whenever I needed something. The garage and fenced backyard was perfect. It's easy to clean and truly is the perfect size. Its rare to find a rental that feels this comfortable and a landlord who is genuine and trustworthy. Aaron goes out of his way to make sure you feel at home. I always felt taken care of and would highly recommend this property to any traveling professional. I'm sad to go! If I could take this house and Aaron with me, I would!!! I can't say enough great things about this place.

Incredible experience!

This house and the landlord, A, exceeded our expectations! We were weary about trying furnished finders, but this house is exactly (actually, better) than what you see in the pictures. The house is in a safe neighborhood and convenient to everywhere in the area. He gave us great recommendations for things to do/where to eat in ABQ that made it so easy to feel at home. Perfect back yard for dogs and watching the sunset. Would highly recommend!

Amazing location, house, and landlord!

You honestly cant ask for a better landlord than A. From the moment we first made contact, he has gone WAY above and beyond what any other landlord does!! Hes always super responsive, SO helpful, and you can tell he sincerely wanted to make our stay the best possible. The house itself is amazing as well! The view is gorgeous, and A has everything you need to feel right at home. The private garage was a huge bonus - really helps to feel safe and secure! On the note of security, this is a wonderful location - the house has a walled in backyard that backs up to huge fenced in lot (owned by a church - really never seen anyone there). A also has outdoor security cameras as an added bonus! We sat outside on the back patio (covered) in the lounge chairs to watch the sunset on the mountains every evening! There's also a firepit! We enjoyed our stay so much and will always hope A's house is open if we ever have another Albuquerque assignment.
