I live in the main house and behind my historical home is a recently renovated, painted cottage. It is quiet with a view of Mt. Diablo. We have a great walking score as we are close to downtown and near many stores from Target to Nordstrom, a movie theater and many restaurants and coffee shops.
Street parking is restricted due to our desirable proximity to downtown Walnut Creek, but I provide a parking sticker.

It is a bright private cottage with a skylight and its own entrance. A firm double mattress, a Smart TV mounted to the wall, and fast internet. A table and two chairs, apartment-size refridgerator w/ freezer, microwave and coffee maker. *There is not a stove/oven, nor dishwasher. There is One sink for both personal and dish cleaning. Neighborhood overview
We are one block away from the downtown area of Walnut Creek, with easy entrance to all freeways and close to the hospitals for medical staff workers. Our neighborhood is a safe historical area with sidewalks, and most people are long-time residents.
