Best stay!

Loved every minute living here. Ellie and jamshid were very accommodating the entire time and communicated very well. I never had to worry about not having what I needed. The scenery is very nice, the house itself is very comfortable and homey. Best place in the area that I could find!

Wonderful hosts

This is a beautiful, clean, very functional studio apartment with lots of natural light, nice furnishings, and the best hosts. Ellie and Jamshid were very responsive and helpful whenever we had issues, and we really enjoyed getting to know them. The neighborhood is very peaceful, although there is a school directly across the street that can be noisy. The kitchen is bigger and more functional than most other apartments and the appliances are very nice and work well. We did have a small problem with finding bugs (mainly house centipedes) in the apartment quite often, and there are wild peacocks in the neighborhood that are very loud at night, but as long as you are not sensitive to those things it is a wonderful place to stay, and Ellie and Jamshid will make sure you feel totally comfortable and have everything you need.

I had the best experience staying in this amazing studio which was located in a beautiful neighborhood. Ellie and Jamshid were the best landlords in addition to their furry companions. I was lucky to be able to extend my time here and would recommend this place to anyone. The studio has everything you need, parking right out front, safety, beautiful views/sunsets, I could go on forever. Thank you both for making this my home away from home :)

Cute & comfortable studio

E and J are excellent hosts - they provided extra kitchen items as needed, but mostly the kitchen was well appointed. The studio is perfect size for 1 or 2 people and the M bed is super comfortable. I was traveling with my small dog, so having to yard/deck right out front was convenient. The hosts' pets were friendly - Booties, the cat was very curious. The studio is west facing with plenty of natural light, electric roller shades, plenty of storage. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I highly recommend this property and hosts.

Costal Studio

I have stayed in many locations in my travels and this has been my favorite. The accommodations are so comfortable, safe, and the studio is perfectly furnished. The hosts are wonderful and I am actually going to miss staying here. I without reservation recommend this gem!
