First Floor Duplex with Character in Great Cleveland Neighborhood

This home was very clean and comfortable. An older home that has many updates, including central air conditioning and updated electrical, this home has a lot of character and charm. It is an old home, so the floors creak, but that just adds to the charm. The home is in a walk-able, safe, and nice neighborhood, very close to Cleveland public transportation. We traveled with kids, and the Shaker Heights library, which is close by, was a hit. We also enjoyed the nearby shopping and restaurants. B is an amazing landlord/host, and is very attentive. The driveway is narrow, so I recommend bringing a small or midsize car.
