Outstanding Stay

I had an outstanding experience at this one-bedroom rental. What was originally planned as a 3-month stay turned into a 6-month stay, which speaks volumes about the overall quality of both the unit and the experience. Sandra was outstanding - consistently kind, responsive, and attentive throughout my stay. She made everything seamless and ensured that any questions or needs were addressed quickly. The unit itself was thoughtfully furnished and truly felt like a home. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need (and even things you didn’t think of), making for an incredibly comfortable and convenient stay from day one. I would absolutely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a well-maintained, fully equipped, and welcoming place to stay. A true gem!

Truly quiet and peaceful, you won't regret it

I've been staying at this property for almost 5 months and it's by far been my best rental experience. The apartment is well-taken care of. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need to cook (pots, pans, utensils, etc) and there's many clean linens and towels in the closet. The space has been beautifully decorated and furnished, it has a very homey feel and it's the best feeling to come back to after a long day at the hospital. The apartment is also very quiet, haven't had any issues with noise. There's 2 train stations and many bus stops nearby (less than 10 min walk); access to transportation is a breeze. Lastly, there's a laundry area in the basement with 2 coin-operated washers and dryers. This makes laundry day very convenient. Ms. J, the property owner, is very attentive and easy to reach should you have any problems/concerns. She really goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is truly enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

Excellent Experience

This is by far the best airbnb or furnish finder I've ever used. The host was amazing and understood the assignment of a host very well. She was always available and checked up on me severally to make sure I was okay and had everything I needed. She was easy to reach. The house was very cozy and peaceful and my first attraction when I walked in was the bible app playing in the background. The house was very stocked with basic essentials that you won't find in most places and more beautiful in person than the pictures. It really felt like home and beautifully decorated like what I could do with my home and that made me always want to come home and stay in. Location felt safe, didn't have much parking issues, and it was very close to everything and 18 minutes to Kings County Hospital were I worked. I highly recommend this place, you won't regret it. I'm definitely booking it again later in the year when I'm back to NY. Thank you so much for being a great host.
