Location Location Location
Great neighborhood in Oakland. Walking distance to Lake Merritt & TJ's, Farmers Market and weekend events. But make sure you have the energy to walk back up the hill. When driving the neighborhood, drive slowly the streets have a lot of pot holes. Plenty of parking out front. Charmin and David were very accommodating and attentive to things that we asked for. Both bedrooms were fantastic sizes. Super great having a washer/dryer available. The kitchen is a full kitchen, but no stove/oven. Has a small dishwasher and hot plate, so we made it work. The exterior stairs are a little tricky. The grade is steep, so go slowly going down. One wish: was to have A/C, but there was a fan. Thanks!!
