Amazing Rental in a very safe area

This has been my best travel rental experience ever! It has far exceeded any expectations. It is a beautiful home with a lot of space and privacy. Once you see it you will never want to leave. L is very welcoming and accommodating to all you might need. The bed is extremely comfortable. The living area has a table, huge sectional, and a large smart tv so that you can relax and enjoy movies during your off days. The workout room is conveniently located inside this space. Bathroom has plenty of counter space and storage. Access to the kitchen although I did not cook much L was very generous in offering all his appliances if needed. He has 4 of the most loving and cute little furry friends that I will miss dearly. Extremely safe area. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations (0.5miles). If you care to adventure outside of Pueblo, "Garden of the Gods" and "Manitou Springs" is just a short drive away and has breath taking views, shops, and restaurants.

safe and clean

Stayed here while doing a travel contract at Parkview medical center. Very close to hospital, less than 10 minute drive. Safe area. Very clean. L is very nice and would always chat with me while coming in but also always gave me my space. There is 4 little dogs that are great and are super loving as well. The downstairs space is mostly private and plenty of room to relax, either in the bedroom or tv area. If working nights, only thing I would recommend is blackout curtains. But other than that, no complaints about my stay and would definitely recommend and also stay again if I was in the area. Close to main roads for grocery shopping/ Starbucks and restaurants all within 5-10 minute drive.

Awesome stay!

This is the perfect place to stay for medical or other traveling professionals. The house is so clean and I felt very safe staying here. L is extremely welcoming and gives you plenty of privacy, but he's also great to have conversations with if you find yourself needing some company while away from home. The price is more than fair for the space provided. You have (mostly) private access to the entire basement (other than a gym space shared with owner) and shared access to the kitchen/dining/living room and backyard. The bedroom has a door with a lock (though I never felt the need to use it), queen bed, and huge walk-in closet. The backyard is perfect to relax & enjoy some fresh air with a hot tub, grill, & outdoor patio furniture. The BEST part, though, is his 4 adorable little dogs. They're so friendly, and I loved getting love from them. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. By the time I left, I felt like I had been staying with a relative or friend. Thanks again "Uncle L!"

Beautiful home

L is a great host. He is a joy to be around and allows you the space you need to unwind and relax after working long hours. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything one would need to make amazing meals and there is plenty of space for storing food in the pantry and refrigerator. The bedroom is large and has a huge closet which is good for storing whatever you use to pack up and move around with. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom has a large enough countertop for anything you would like to display and drawers for the things you would not. There is a large comfy sofa with a huge tv so you can curl up and watch movies in the downstairs living room and a workout room with weight bench, elliptical and treadmill. The jacuzzi can massage and rejuvenate your sore and tired muscles. And if you love dogs you will get plenty of love from his pups. Although I did not explore the town very much I will say there are a plethora of places to hike and snowshoe and enjoy the scenery and sometime wildlife fairly close. I would definitely recommend staying with L and I hope if I ever return his home is available
