My stay

Mercedes and family are excellent people. Their hospitality during my stay is unlike anything I've experienced; from offering to drive me to classes while getting my car serviced, to routine cleanings, bringing me drawers for clothes, even help with miscellaneous things. Being in a transition phase to my full time apartment, my stay and expectations were exceeded and made the moving in/out process so smooth and stress free. The suite was perfect, clean, and because of the family's hospitality; it makes looking back at the four months as if I were visiting my own family.

Entered without notice or permission

I rented this location for 6months and I initially thought his was a great place to rent from and that the landlord was respectful, I was proven wrong. I recently installed a camera facing the entrance to ensure the property was safe while I was away. Instead of notifying me before entering my apartment. I caught the landlord entering without my permission or notification. And then proceed to lie and say they were checking to make sure there was no power outage on the property. I have video evidence and there is no proof that there was an outage during this invasion nor did she turn the light on or do anything to prove that she was making sure the lights were still working. I informed her that you are suppose to let me know before entering but was met with more lies instead of an apology or assurance this wont happen again.

Look no further this is the place it is the best place owner is very nice family kind welcoming treat you like family you can call anytime if you need anything I didn't have to call because everything was perfect bed is comfortable bathroom is clean and nice you feel like home a mini 5 star safe place to stay you don't have to worry I sleep like a baby everything is close by hospital was 1 mile away I work late at night and it was very safe coming home if I ever come back to Tampa to work I hope this place is available because this is the spot very safe and comfortable

Owner is lovely and very helpful. Place is like a mini hotel, bed is heavenly, look no further this is your spot, I had to move sadly because of call range
