Clean Private Updated and Spacious Daylight Basement near hospitals

Perfect property

I stayed in Sadies property for a short time. Her place is adorable! They really care about their tenants. The bed was super comfy and everything was well cleaned. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

Wonderful place to stay.

This place is truly wonderful. It has a private yard, which our dogs loved. It's in a quiet area, not far from hospitals. Close to restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself has a large laundry room, beautiful large living room and kitchen. All the amenities you need are there, and if you like a nice shower, then this one is for you. If you work nights you will love the bedroom. The apartment is a partial basement and the bedroom is nice and cozy, great for sleeping. The entire unit is beautifully decorated and so comfy. I would definitely stay here again if I come back this way.

Great Homey Lower Level

Great cozy updated lower level apartment! Fully updated and clean with new appliances, and decor. Bed is pretty comfortable as is the oversized living room couch. We loved the large walk in tile shower and washer and dryer. Walk out to a fenced in yard with patio perfect for our beagle! Smart TVs in both the bedroom and living area. The bedroom has no windows which was perfect for our night shift nursing life! Thanks again S for a great stay at your wonderful home.

Exactly as described!

I had a fantastic stay at S's place! The property is exactly as described - clean, spacious, updated, and private. The fenced-in backyard with patio seating is a nice oasis. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located so an easy commute to wherever you want to go. I appreciated how communicative S was and she responded promptly to my questions. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice place

For a basement its very big and spacious. The decorations were beautiful and the host is very sweet. She was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. She even reminded me of the little stuff like putting ice outside so I wont slip. Her space is equip with everything you will need for you stay and its very clean. It was a little hard for me to sleep during the day since I am a night shift worker because of the residents upstairs but thats expected its daytime people move around in the day. Other than that my stay was great.
