This is a Studio Size apartment on the basement level of transformed farmhouse. The property is in a quiet neighborhood. I never had any issues with noise or feeling safe (this is big for me being a female traveling alone). The unit has a nice size bedroom with a couch for extra seating. R (property owner) is great about addressing any concerns you may have in a timely fashion. The neighbors are mostly long time residents and all very friendly. Its about 30 minutes from Mizzous University hospital in Columbia. Overall great experience and Id stay again if ever in Jeff City.
