Amazing and Peaceful
This was the perfect spot for me and my dogs. Rick and Lisa were so sweet and helpful. I had to leave sooner than expected but they were gracious and I truly enjoyed my time there. Set back from the road, it was a peaceful little house. Would highly recommend!

Oasis from the city
I had the pleasure of staying here for two years. It was the perfect size for just myself and my dog. With the fence and being set back from the road I had no worries letting my dog off leash in the fenced in yard. It was far enough away from downtown Denver that I felt like I was in my own world, but still super convenient. You even have restaurants and shopping within a mile in any direction! The views of the foothills, the sunsets, the quiet and the sunshine kept me content; The occasional horse in the pasture next to the cottage was just icing on the cake. Rick and Lisa are respectful, communicative and friendly landlords that I truly wish I could take with me. If I ever return to Denver, I know where Ill be staying!
