Home Sweet Home
My partner and I stayed here for 6 months, and we loved every moment of it. This is your very own space above a detached 3-bay garage that's very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, Henry is so responsive, helpful, and kind, and I even cried when we left! This is 15 mins or less from EVERYTHING! I plan on coming back to Missouri at some point, and when I do, I am texting Henry ASAP!

Awesome place in Webster Groves St Louis!
Very nice and clean apartment in quiet and friendly Webster Groves! I will rent again if I take another STL contract and its available. Henry is attentive to any needs that may arise. He is very friendly. The apartment is above a detached garage and you get to park in a bay. The entrance to the apartment is accessible from interior or exterior so that makes it nice for bad weather or rain. Parking in a garage bay was so awesome for me! The pool is also kept pristine so the summer months were more enjoyable!

perfect place to stay
Amazing place to stay for two! The apartment is a perfect size, clean, and all of the appliances are new and Im working order. The garage spot is also a great addition to staying here. And with access to the pool and your own washer and dryer the place wasnt missing anything. The owner is also very attentive and quick to respond! Good location as well for stores and food. Quiet and safe neighborhood

Great apartment in amazing neighborhood
Great apartment in safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Apartment had fully stocked kitchen (plates, pans, flatware, etc), dishwasher, full-sized fridge, as well as access to laundry in the primary house (apartment is finished space over garage). The unit was clean, quiet, had good temperature control, and bed was very comfortable. I work remotely and internet was reliable and fast. H was responsive and great to work with, would definitely recommend staying here!
